Hi Venesh. Finally, I can write another report :-) Firstly, thank you so much for remaining so calm last Friday and assisting me in the most efficient and effective way possible. I have never experienced pressure like I did the past 3 months.By the time I reached you, I was so frazzled I still don't remember half of the conversation as all I wanted was to be done so was mildly surprised when I received your call on Monday. Out of all the millions of clients on Discovery Health books, you took the time to phone this one in a million client and I will always appreciate it. I joined Discovery Medical Aid back in the 1990's when they first launched in South Africa and people called me crazy as they were an unknown. I celebrated with Discovery when they reached their first million customers and it was with a sad heart and lots of disappointment that last week happened however am grateful to you always and look forward to continue building my relationship with Discovery Health once I am back on my feet hopefully before the 90-day window period expires so I don't lose out on my Vitality benefits.
