Firstly, a BIG thank you to Shanaaz (Markham Store Manager, Cape Town), Joel (Markham, Cape Town) and Bongani (Markham, Parow Centre)!
Since I bought the original modem on the 16 April 2013, I have been sent from pillar to post trying to secure a working one or at least get my money back, I am currently on my 3rd modem (fingers crossed).
In the midst of this whole mess was John Verwey, a CELL C rep who called and assured me that it will be sorted, it wasn't, I have Shanaaz to thank for that.
I've already lost valuable hours, money and patience and am wondering how I will be compensated for this.
