Complaint non payment

I phoned Cape town branch where Shanaaz Rossouw assisted. She said there is payment discrepancy regarding payments from the employer. She said her team will sort it out and come back to me. In January 2013 I followed up with them, Nobody tried to contact. I tried contacting my previous employer, But the company was liquidated as an result of there incompetence I lost the amount which was owed to me from the employer. I contacted their head office in JHB on Shanaaz request, according to her everything was sent to Dimekatzo Lesoalo, she was appointed on my case. I requested feedback to why this was taken so long, she said she phoned me once in Sept 2012 to verify my banking details. I changed banks, I had to post a bank mandate with the other documents as requested, Which I did on the 11/02/13 and received a sign confirmation that it was received on the 12/03/13. I spent hrs on the ph with them requesting for the release of the muny and al they can say is "I don't know". They been dragging this out more than a yr with no result. I told Dimekatzo I want an answer today 25/03/13 she told me she cant help me. I said I will take this matter further, Her response was then I must take it furthe
