Momentum health does not have a hospital in Kempton park on their associated list. I had to find this out when my son was sick and needing hospitalisation. That's not even the worst part, when i called momentum to find out if there is any hospital the first girl i spoke to informed me that she would consult with her manager and call me back the next day, she never did. I then called back today and spoke to Sumanth, i have never in my life felt so belittled and disrespected by a service provider. When i told her that it is inconvenient for there to not be a hospital she told me that's its basically my fault because i picked that specific plan and i never did my research on the hospitals provided. She may as well have said i hope you and your son die a slow painful death because its not momentum's fault you are stupid. And i agree completely, the dumbest decision i've ever made is picking momentum as my health care provider, Sumanth is the perfect example of their treatment of customers in their worst possible times of their lives!!
