Looking for a medical aid, stay far away from momentum health!!
Not only did it take a four hour fight over the phone for them to give hospital authorisation recently. Now when i try to claim back the funds i spent, momentum is taking their own sweet time and not even responding to emails. to make things worse in my attempts to start closing off my policy by cancelling my health saver, they still drag their feet about the process and don't make provision to pay me the full amount owed to me. don't even think about calling the call centre the staff there are incompetent and will simply ignore any questions or emails. Your medical aid provider is one of the most important decision to make, it could possibly cost you your life, be warned momentum does not care about your just your money!!!
