Asked Discovery to add beneficiary to my account, eventually they added beneficiary on the 16th Oct child not being covered for 16 days due to their time delays, Bill my account double this month bearing in mind she was added on 16th of Oct. Did not inform me I would be billed double, so my stop orders bounced as I hadn't made provision for the double amount. Discovery say they cannot help, I even trathe3d to leave and go to momentum, the lady on the phone simply said okay here is the number. Poor service.
