Since December 2012 I have been charged the full ammount for my gym subscription, I called Virgin Active to ask why and they said that I missed gym a couple of times in November and December and Vitality advised them to Charge me more, I have a lot of friends that gym through Vitality and they get notification that they have not reached the threshold and they need to go to the gym about 50 times not to loose their special Payments!!! No one notified me??? Now I have paid 300 since!!! Maybe if Vitality checked my records they would have noticed that I had Kidney stones in November and was bitten by a spider twice, I had to go to Wilgeheuwel Hospital and to the general GP three times, Maybe this was why I could not go to gym 3 times those months. Kindly let me know if my Payments would ever go back to what they were???
