My Family and I booked 4 chalets for a birthday weekend on the 9th August. A deposit, of R1000 was paid to Rietvliereserve with the total for the accommodation. To date (31 October 2013) I have yet to recieve any refund or response to my countless follow ups, there is always an excuse of someone not being at work or not knowing who the person is. After 3 months they now want certified coppies of ID's to refund us our deposit?!
