I am very frustrated with management from Pienaardam Resort in Middelburg. 18 phonecalls, 34 e-mails later and we still don't have our money back! We cancelled a weekend get-away with friends almost 2 months before our arrival date (after we already paid the amount in full). They don't even have a cancellation policy available to send to us. And they are calling themselves a professional instituation? They have changed their story a few times. We booked 3 chalets for a weekend get-away, where we cancelled one chalet two months in advance and requested our money back? They promised us a few times they will do it. Eventually they confirmed that it's 1 booking in total, we need to request our money back from the person who booked the weekend? We cancelled one chalet in total 2 months advance, why is the refunds a problem? They cancelled 1 chalet, but still kept our money and confirmed they will pay it back after the weekend of the 18th when the rest is there. Once the rest spent the weekend and paid in the outstanding, they will refund. We still don't have our refund and they advised us to get it back from the person who arranged our weekend. Never spending a weekend there ever again!
