Swadini is one of my favourite resorts and we have been visiting the resort since the 1980's.
I took my family for the day to Swadini for my wife's birthday. Upon arrival, we were informed that NO DAYVISITORS are allowed. I could not believe my ears. We were advised to rather visit another resort, some 80km away (Manoutsa).
As we really love Swadini, we were willing to pay for a chalet, to spend the day at the resort. Thus paying the overnight tariff, but leave in the evening.
I felt very insulted when the MANAGER (and front-office lady on duty - Zelda) accused us of being CORRUPT, as we did not plan on staying the night (although paying for the accommodation?
I am a strong willed person - we did indeed pay for the accommodation and arranged for my parents to spend the night.
At least I could treat my family for my wife's birthday.
Zelda advised us that the chalets were fully booked, and only one available for that night. We were given no 56 - the far end, away from the swimming pool and playground. And guess - in the whole of Swadini, only a couple of chalets were occupied. Very spiteful to my opinion! And on your way to loose ALL loyal customers!
