Hi i placed a order on biotrim on 5 october 2013, the tracking of the item tells me that it is at us customs and has been so for the last 9 days, they promissed 10 day delivery, the call centre say the parcel has left the us but cannot give info witch courier is used in RSA, IS THIS ANOTHER???
