Acc blacklisting clients - Inv never received

I received an sms from this establishment regarding payment of my account after an emergency visit to the hospital. This was paid immediately via EFT. Yesterday I get an sms from attorneys that they are blacklisting me. I called them this morning and they refer to an invoice outstanding with Netcare Blaauwbwerg which I have never received via post. They have my cell phone number but an incorrect address which I have never heard of in my life before. Regardless of explaining that that address is not mine & I did not receive the account the attorneys said they would proceed with the listing & that I could not stop it. The problem here seems to be absolute incompetence from the hospital's side & they had my cell phone no all along but I received no info regarding non-payment. The same thing happened to a friend of mine. I don't even have a invoice number to see if it matches up with the invoice amount I paid based on the sms. They are making mistakes & causing decent people to be blacklisted. They must be stopped. Accounts are incompetent!!! On top of this they use DPP Attorneys who just motor ahead violation consumer's rights at every bend.
