Item stuck at customs (RF193707383SG)

Tracking parcel RF193707383SG via Global track and trace tells me that the item is stuck at customs since 31 Dec 2013. Nobody at SA Post Office can provide me any information as to why and how to get the item actually delivered!!!

Tried their call center, emailing customer service as well as two employees directly and all of them are singularly unhelpful; repeating the same drone like message: "the item is not in our system"
