Stressed by lack of icompetance provided @ bankmed

Iam currently working for metropolitan health group and i use bankmedmedical aid, under the coresaver plan. iam highly pregnant and my baby is due nextmonth, i registered under the the baby and me careplan which assist in the pregnancy programme from the early stages to the end.the programme allows me to have 5 consultations and the medical aid covers a certain portion and m liable for the rest of the amount.it all started withme going for my first consultation i went and the doctor claimed after the consultation and it didi not pay and he said the receptionist will make a follow up on that and after a while still no payment was made i called bankmed and making a follow up on claim but they tell u one thing that my doctor is claiming from the wrong benefits and therefore my benefits have been exhausted yes they have but since im under the programme they should be claiming from that. when i went for my second consultation i made a payment of R500 to the doctor before consultation and the same thing happened again they did not pay the doctor? until my third consultation frm september no payment was done n yesterday it was my appointment the doctor couldnt c me due outstanding monies
