I am a service provider. I gave therapy to twin boys and they are both D. Jordaan. They first rejected the claim and said it was the same claim send in twice.
After many phone calls they send me two checks as my banking details has not been updated with them> The one check was for R450 and the other for R1050. I deposited the checks into my bank account. One of the checks (R1050) got lost in transit. I then contacted Discovery to ask them to cancel the check. They said that they had to wait 6 weeks to cancel it. so after 6 weeks I phoned again and arranged to update my banking details with them so that they can do an EFT payment. Eventually they received my documentation and my bankind details have been updated.
I received an e-mail on 11/10/2013 form Mammuso Dibilong that said the following:

I spoke to someone in call centre today - she said that no query has been logged: Ref 3049230239
