I phoned spoke to million consultants who at the end of the day were not helpful. They keep promising you that they will revert back which they do. I send through a claim via fax with my new banking details the odd is they received the banking details and not the claim form. I was asked several times to fax through which I did and when I did the follow up know one knew about what I was talking about. After a full 3 weeks I was given an email address to use. I used that, after 2 days I phoned to check If they have received the claim to my surprise still not. I was then asked to send it to a personal email address and luckily it was received. I was advised that the format used is incorrect, they contacted my doctor and advised him exactly what they looking for. I phoned him today he says the format they want is the one he uses to claim and should he sent that through to discover they will pay him and not me. I paid cash for my sons circumsission now I want my money back how hard it is?
