I have emailed Discovery Health on 11, 12, 13 February 2013 and again on 10 September 2013 - see all the reference numbers above.
Simply to change the banking details for refund of claims.
Wow - it would be so nice to actually get a reply from them - what does it take?
Seriously disgusted with this total lack of service - you guys - and I plan to tell everybody I know.
