I am a member of Bonitas on the primary option. I am on chronic medication for hypertension and cholesterol. I ran out of day to day benefits in June and I was concerned because my blood pressure was high for a while. I spoke to your agent, Masego, who advised me about the chronic benefits. I was not aware that I could go for tests and also have 3 chronic consultations. This helped me so much, in September my blood pressure was high again and with the information I got from Masego I was able to consult, have stress ECG and pathology tests. I have since been prescribed medication for Hypercholesterolemia.
I want to thank Masego for going the extra mile in ensuring that my chronic conditions stay controlled.
