I am so unhappy with my medical aid, i have been a member since 2007 and currently contribute R1900 per month and i'm the only one on my medical aid on Standard Option. I'm on chronic medication for asthma and this medical deducted my chronic medication from DAY to DAY Benefits!
Now i dont have funds and they say that they cant reverse it...
How can a company say they show care and concern for their customers when they dont really care for them???
Come November, I cant wait to leave this medical aid...
