On the 10 July 2013 I applied for approval of Chronic Medication Mycophenolate Hexal for a PMB Condition (SLE), Bonitas sent a letter to me on the 17 July 2013 stating that my doctor needed to fill out a Special Motivtion form, my doctor filled out the form on the 25 July 2013 and sent it through to Bonitas, Bonitas subsequently contacted my doctor to discuss the medication, I called Bonitas in August 2013, September 2013 & October 2013.. During all 3 months the Chronic Call Centre has just given the reason that it is with "Pharmcom".. Do you think this is fair?. 3 months and no progress on the Chronic Application.. Really bad service delivery from Bonitas.. 3 months and counting to get Chronic Medication approved from Bonitas.. 0 out of 10 for service delivery!!
