ADMISSION TO SUNNINGHILL HOSPITAL COULD MEAN DEATH

My aunt was submitted to the Sunninghill hospital last week with the nurse not knowing which operation she was coming in for and not filling out the admission form. She requested her to go find the medical term for the operation and she returned saying: Prostate. She is female. The nurse filled out the admission form without asking her the questions other than alergies and high blood pressure. She ticked everything else no. When she left to find the medical name my aunt took the form and she ticked no scars, no back injuries! My aunt has had 5 neck and 8 back operations! She has tenfold of scars and several medical conditions. They wanted to give her a spinal pain block which would have made her lame. This experience was life threatening NOT ONLY BAD SERVICE! She complained and nothing came of it. The nurse should be deregistered and the hospital should carry vicarious liability for such conduct by employees. She was left in the corridor whilst they were still cleaning the operation room with the nurses trying to put the drip in in the corridor where people were bumping her and the needles pinching her as the other patients tried to get by. Absolutely horrible!!
