I paid for a holiday voucher and i have been waiting for S.A Gataways to contact me regarding my reservation and booking. Iv been for the past 2 weeks phoning them and asking them about my holiday voucher and they and say they will call back. Im very annoyed about poor service. This company is a for all i know. Every time you call their offices a girl by the name Carmen answers the phone and she puts you on a goose chase. and never gets back to you. People please BEWARE OF like these from astral group and SA GATAWAYS .Im so annoyed about them not been loyal to customers and taking our money.
