My son got an electrical shock and our local medical centre advised us to rush him to the hospital our closest is mulbarton netcare.all white patients were assisted that came in after us when we asked why the nurse says cos my son is fine.we complained and were pushed around pointed at by the two nurses who ignored us.they wanted to physically attack us.my son was in as much pain as the other patients who we saw walking around in the emergency ward and walked out the hospital after being treated whilst we were told that they are worse off than my son.this whole experience was awful from the time we walked through the doors.the nurses were engaged in personal conversation .did not greet or smile.we had to guess what the process was.the nurse conerned said she has been a nurse for 20yrs when we asked her who gave the right to say there is nothing wrong with my son.she kept saying we will see to him cos he is fine. The question was when.we were the first ones in and the last to be attended to. Sad truth. exists at mulbarton netcare.
