Incorrectly capture on the admission forms

On the 06/10/ 2013 my wife hade an emergency and N 17 Hospital didnt want to accept her as they dont accept Discovery Medical Aid after Hours and they want me to pay R 1600. 00 Cash
I then took my wife to Parkland hospital were they accept her with Discovery Medical Aid after Hours
This is unacceptable what will hapen if this is an Live or death situation
My Next complain against N17 Hospital is that the Operation Procedure was incorrectly capture on the admission forms.this if i was not there the wrong operation procedure would have been done on my wife Mrs SM Jabse Van Rensburg
