Poor service at Sunninghill Hospital

Complaint about the poor service received at Sunninghill hospital ER.
There is no notice explaining what the procedure is when you arrive. You have
a nurse who just come out and says "whose next". The waiting
rooom was full with only 1 receptionist completing the forms.
When I was eventually seen to I asked a nurse why was there such a
delay. I was shocked to learn that there was only 1 doctor on duty to
attend to all the patients. I am totally disgusted with the way the
ER is run. This is not the first time we experienced this poor
service at the ER at Sunninghill Hospital.
One would expect this level of dismal and pathetic service from a state
hospital not a private hospital where we are charged exhorbitant fees.
As a patient I had to constantly find out what was happening with my test results as there are no procedures explained.
The target waiting time of 45 minutes is far from being reached. This is a joke.
It was out of convenience that I visited the Sunninghill hospital but
I know that in future for any for any ER related matters I would rather go to
the Morningside Medi-Clinic for better service.
