I emailed my resignation form and proof of new medical aid on Monday 7th October 2013 and Ndumiso responded the next day 8th October 2013 to advise the new medical aid membership certificate is outstanding. I resend the same mail this morning the 9th October 2013. Hopefully somone will thoroughly read my mail and action accordingly.
