I have been trying to make a booking for a staff party for the last 2-3 weeks but i can't get hold of the place to even find out whether they have space or not. When i got hold of them after a week of trying they gave me an email address. Which i have to wwait -24hours for a reaply. All the other times i got hold of the stafff nobody could assist me as there is only one lady handing the bookings and she always seems to be on lunch or on her way leaving work. I have tried to contact them again today since 8am and still nothing. One of the staff members, very friendly girl told me they only have one telephone line. For such a busy and well known place i find it really had to believe.
