I walked in to radiology (Van Rensburg & Partners) at the Wilgeheuwel hospital. I was told by Adele that my medical insurance is not accepted by their practice. According to my knowledge i am covered for radiology; i then called the medical insurance who confirmed that. I told Adele that and she had a very bad attitude and the medical aid rep also spoke to her and she had the same attitude with her. For someone who works with people everyday you should be able to handle any situation with a friendly demeanor and not have attitude with people. People go to radiology because they have a problem with something and not just for fun. If someone is experiencing some difficulty try to assist. When i had to hand my mobile phone to Adele when the medical aid was on the phone i still had to wait for her even though i was there already. If i wasn't in so much pain i would say they can just go to. I don't want to go to a practice who employs people like that. They give everyone a bad name even though there is another lady there who is very nice.
