My Husband worked for Sanlam and was part of corporate medical scheme, we tried to convert the membership as we assumed the company has submitted the form. We were advised to send in a new form (Change from corporate to individual form) which was emailed on 28/02/2013 (I have proof) when i call the call centre on monday they say it will take 5 days to get feedback. On friday 08/03/2013 i called as i have not received progress they say it was only received on the 07/03/2013 (How when i confirmed on monday) the agent then says she doesnt know when this will be completed (Apparently no SLA exists). We need to be on medical aid and the longer this admin takes the more at Risk me and my husband are.
