Monday, 14th October 2013, I forward relative Claim Forms to Nedbank. Wednesday, 16th October 2013, Sibusiso, e-mails me advising me he received my e-mail but not the attachment and it takes two days for him to tell me this? I resend e-mail with attachment as requested by Sibusiso on Wednesday. Friday 18th October 2013, today, I e-mail Sibusiso early in the morning for him to inform me if he did receive attachment on Wednesday which he requested! It's now past Midday and I am still waiting for his response to my simple query. Can someone please advise me what the progress is concerning payment to this claim but, please do not disturb Sibusiso clearly, he has dropped the ball and doesn't know how to pick it up and pass it on (in my mind).
