Did you lose my email and attachments again???

I scanned on email signed documents on the 8/07/2013 in respect of my resignation with FNB and my new membership with ABSA (with addition of two new dependants). All of this was emailed to email addresses given to me by Bankmed call centre agents. I then get an email from an agent, Maajiedah Salie on the 15/07/2013 advising me that Bankmed cannot help me as my son is currently registered on my husbands Bankmed, which is true but my husband, Joedash Govender already resigned from Bankmed (currently my son is his dependant). What is going on here again. Why must I put out fires for Bankmed all the time? I resigned from Bankmed with FNB, I applied for membership with ABSA (with addition of two new dependants). My husband has resigned from Bankmed FNB. Is this information too much for the relevant department/persons to comprehend and action? Should I also raise this with the medical aid Ombudsman? Why is the agent on 18/07/2013 advising me that my email to Bankmed confirming my resignation is dated the 12/07/2013 - where was my initial email dd the 08/07/2013??? Am I, my husband and my son going to be covered medically with effect the 1/08/2013 or not?
