On the 28/08/2013 I joined Vitality and was told that at the end of September R199 and no more will be debited from my account - which I agreed to, after receiving telephonic and email confirmation of the amount on the 01/10/2013 R366 was taken out of my account - I emailed discover immediately disgusted by this and got an automated email to say they will response within 3 working days and guess what 7 days later no response I want this amount immediately refunded into my account as no right was given for anything else
