DISCOVERY VITALITY TERRIBLE SERVICE

My husband joined discovery vitality in January 2013, after being a member of discovery health for over 5 years. After we joined, we received a confirmation that the monthly payments will be deducted from his account. In April, when I tried to use the benefits for making a hotel booking I could not use the benefit as it says I cannot use the benefit as I might not be entitled to it.
After calling up discovery I was told that we are not vitality members as we did not make the monthly payments. I then emailed them the proof of the confirmation we received from Discovery and told them to activate it immediately and the payments were suppose to be deducted by a DEBIT ORDER every month. I informed her that I would pay the amount due from Jan to date, which I did after receiving the banking details. I then further received a confirmation that they have received my payment and will allocate it to the membership.
This month again, they email us and notified us that because we did not make payment our account has been cancelled. I am FED UP now. When my husband called them they have the audacity to say we did not make any payments from January. Now we emailed them all the proofs. WHAT MORE
