PATHETIC SERVICE AGAIN

I cancelled my Vitality subscription in September 2012 but they kept on taking the debit order from my account. In November Vitality decided to refund me my November premium although I had cancelled my Vitality in September already. Surprise Surprise, in January and February they decide to take the debit order from my account again! This after they advised me that they would stop. I should have known that they would not do what they said they would do. The debit order is still being deducted from my account and has even increased from this month. Once again they have money from my account!! I expect them to refund me TODAY! How difficult can it be to get Vitality CANCELLED!!!
