Im not a happy client with Bonitas. They keep suspending my Medical Aid, saying I didn't pay for a certain month. My company pays my Medical aid every month the 15th. I went for my eye test and was told my medical aid was suspended again. I send proof of payment for the months they indicated I didn't pay. Im getting tired of this because I know my Medical aid gets paid every month. I have decided to go to another Medical Aid next year, I never had this problem with prosano.
