I have emailed Bonitas 4 Times requesting 2 Medical aid certificates for the year ended 28/02/20213.medical aid (namly from 01/03/2012 up till 30/12/2012)
First sertificate is from a company which bonitas bought called Prosana with whom i was a member, i need my medical aid certificate for the 9 months i that i was on that medical aid (namely from 01/03/2012 up till 30/12/2012)
all you send is my 2012 medical aid sertificate or just the 2 month one that i was with Bonitas from 01/01/2013 till 28/02/2013.
