My medical aid has been suspended with no notification what so ever. Payment has been made to date. I Faxed a bank statement yesterday, marked attention Lebo.(fax no: 011 7587700 ref no: 070313QSMTYL) Ever since Pronsano has amalgamated with BONITAS I have had no joy. I have wasted money making calls on incompetent people at your call centre.(086002108) I had to find out via Pharmacy Direct that my medical aid has been suspended and I was given my new member ship number by them. BONITAS did not even correct this on my card that was issued in November 2012. On my new BONITAS card my old membership number was the same as on the PROSANO card. My wife and I are on Chronic, and we were depending on the next delivery of medication. I am a retired pensioner and I am now very frustrated with the customer service offered by BONITAS. I hope someone can urgently resolve my problem.
