Repeatedly Suspending

Since September 2013 I have been submitting proof of my contribution/payment to Bonitas and they still go ahead and suspend me. I was hospitalised in September 2013, and received authorisation personally from Bonitas, now I receive an email from the hospital stating Bonitas notified them that I am suspended and I am responsible for payment??? Please explain how does one get authorisation whilst being suspended? Must be the awesome system Bonitas use...
Bonitas has been receiving my proof of payment via fax as I was requested to do so by their call centre agents, after which I received an email stating that my suspension has been uplifted.
Wow what a that was!!!
I receive an sms stating "We wish to inform you that you have an outstanding debt owing to Bonitas Medical Fund"... well lucky me I receive another sms stating "You suspended effective 01st September 2013".

This really frustrates me because if I or child were to be involved in some tragic accident I would not get the medical assistance that I am paying for every month.

I am utterly disgusted by the pathetic so called " SERVICE" from Bonitas.
