SUSPENDED ACCOUNT

My medical aid was suspended after they say I have not paid my contributions for Nov 13 and Jan 14. This cannot be as the company I am employed by pays for half my medical aid. I then contacted our Human Resources Department who sent me proof of the payments made to Bonita's. I then forwarded to Bonita's accounts line. I went to the dentist this morning only to be told my benefits have been suspended. Which was most embarrasing. If this is the type of service I am going to receive from Bonita's guess its time for a change of medical aid. Disgusted by the service I am receiving.
