Two Claims submitted together on 29/01/2013. One claim paid to me on 11/02/2013. No response on other claim. Phoned 18/02/2013 they indicated that claim was unreadable. No feedback was send before phone call on the unclear claim. I resend claim 19/02/2013 after consultant indicated it would be 4 days. Up to today (26/02/2013) no feedback again. Truely disappointed in Discovery's service!!! They are very quick to take our monthly installments but when it comes to payment from their side it takes forever...
