Unsatisfactory Service On Order Placed

Spectacles broke in July 2013. The insurance approved a quote and the replacement was ordered on 05/08. I was told that it would take between 10 &14 days to receive it as the lenses had to specially imported from Germany due to the nature of the frame. On 19/08 I collected the new spectacles, I noticed that the "Climate Eyes" that I were quoted for and paid for was not included with the lenses. I immediately went back to the store and queried this with Angie, which told me that she will query this with the lab, I was contacted later and was told that the lab made a up, the lenses will be re-ordered at no charge and I would have to bring it in within 2 weeks for the lenses to be fitted. they only contacted me on 17/09 to inform me that the lenses will be ready on 19/09 and that I need to bring the frame in and I will have it back the next day. When I dropped the frame off, I was told that they need to send it to the Lab for fitment.By 27/09 I have not heard from them, I contacted Angie, whom informed me that they broke 1 of the lenses and that it will be ready 30/09. Today I was told that I would be able to collect tomorrow pm. I spent R 6 700 on a frame, this is unacceptable
