I phoned your call centre yesterday as i want to add my newborn son unto my medical aid.the agent helped me very well and told me my medical aid cover has been suspended. I tld him no one contacted me and he also advised me that he can see on the system no one did.
i asked him why it were suspended. He said becuase of non payment of March 2013 contributions.
As per all payments as from february 2013 from myseld and my wife that the march 2013 contributions were paid.
i need you to lift the suspension on my medical aid with immediate effect.
your urgent assistance will be appreciated.
