The service and assistance as Medical Aid and Medicine plus Hospitalization for Chronic Members by BONITAS is a DISGRACE and supended in THREE WEEKS.Bonitas suspended our Medical Aid, medicine and hospitalization with NO REASON for SEPTEMBER 2013 again. Bonitas Ref. Nr.250913Q9K8K8 dated 25/9/2013. The reason is (according Bonitas) that we did not pay our monthly contributions.
The Member paid as follows:1. February (28/2/2013)... R1220. 2. March (28/3/2013)... R1220.
3. April (1/5/2013)... R1220. 4. May (31/5/2013)... R1405. 5. June (28/6/2013)... R1405.
6. July (31/7/2013... R1260. 7. August (30/8/2013)... R1260. 8. September (12/9/2013). R41.40 (Pathcare).9. Payment for September on 30/9/2013 and monthly payment is R 1260. and not R1405 There is no payment outstanding. *We want the suspension lifted today. Attached is a letter of Bonitas for the whole South Africa to read because it seems that only people of colour (former state officials) in the Western Cape are penalized without reason.
