ACCOUNT SUSPENDED

I am so, I'm even shaking. Bonitas suspended my account because they say I did not pay my December installment. No one called or receive an sms to say that I did not pay. The thing is that I did pay, the payment was done 9/12/2013 and another one was made 31/12/2013 for January. When I call the call center I am told that they did not see the payment that was made on the 9th, but they could see the one made on the 31st. The account was suspended because I was told that I owe R2024.00 and she tells me that was an error and I owe R197.00. She said my contribution went up. I was not told or emailed that they will. Now the R197.00 is the shortfall of the R1828.00 I knew was my contribution. This is the second time this is happening. The lady at the call center tells me that it will take 5 working days to unsuspend my account. Is it my fault that they did not update the December contribution? It was not helpful at all and I am so. What the is going on? I paid the R197.00 they said the contribution went up by and now they are telling me nonsense. I am tired of this. I was happy at the beginning with Bonitas and now they are making me question whether to change.
