When I left my previous company in November of 2012 I decided to pay my December fees from my own account. I requested that they debit my account but they advised me to rather pay manually (cash/eft) since it will be a once off payment for one month, which I paid. Now, Thursday 1st August I get an sms from debt collectors that I owe Bonitas. All this time I have never heard a thing from Bonitas. Are you disgruntled because I left you for another medical insurance provider Bonitas?
Someone from Bonitas better answer why my credit record is being damaged. I am sick of the way Bonitas does business. Last time I applied for cover with them they took over 3 weeks to approve my application and debitted me for a whole months fees while they only confirmed my cover less than a week before teh month ended.
