Debit order after i paid my account

I asked Bonitas to update my banking details as I have changed banks. To my surprise this month they decided to debit R1973 from my account after I had paid via EFT on the 27 July. I have never paid my medical aid through a debit order and I don't know why they decided to do that. Called the call centre and was told they will contact me within 5 working days, can Bonitas please refund my money and CANCEL the debit order as it was not authorized by me and I never requested it. If this is how they operate then maybe I'm with a wrong medical scheme. Firstly they messed up my banking details and now they're money from my account. My Reference number is 020813Q6DKGN and 020813Q6DKRH, I need this sorted out ASAP because now my bank account is in arrears and I'm going to be charged because someone didn't do they job properly.
