I just want to thank Spec Savers Springs for their quick response after my complaint. I laid a complaint on Sunday, on Monday I was contacted and the problem explained to me. They also arranged that my glasses will be send to Newcastle in Natal on Friday.
Since my wife was involved in a motor car accident I had to come to Springs early on Friday. I was able to collect my glasses at the Springs Branch before it was send to Newcastle.
I accepted their apologies in this matter, and I am very happy with my new glasses.
