I received an email telling me they have received an email from me asking them to terminate my membership
I have not sent email, I think if bonitas really valued their customers they would follow up on why I want to terminate and probably fix the matter, but they just terminate my memebership just like that.
I'm very disappointed by that and hope they will resolve this matter as I feel very neglected by bonitas. Please sort this out bonitas your timing could be worst
