After hearing about this company from a friend a few months ago I decided to take a family doctors cover @ R650pm. Unfortuanately just before my waiting period was over we all came down with the flu I reluctantly called their office to book an appointment with a GP I was expecting them to say that I still had 1 week left in my waiting period so no cover I was pleasantly surprised when Bodine helped me and booked all 4 of us in for a doctors appointment. The doctor was pleasant and understanding and issued all the medications we required. thereafter Bodine called me back to find out how our visit went. This company really shows the rest what customer service is a Huge thumbs up for great service.
