I receive a monthly cashback from FNB on my homeloan into my Discovery Credit Card. Discovery contacted me to upgrade my card to a Platinum facility. Before I accepted the offer I confirmed with them that the upgrade will not affect my monthly cashback. I haven't received my cashback for the last 3 months. I logged a call 2 weeks ago. They promise to phone me back, but they never do. They even escalate my calls to management but not even they phone me back. I call them every day for feedback without any success. They even confirmed at one stage that they did paid out the money but they where not sure to whom they paid it out! With the upgrade they promised to handle everything and transfer all balances. I had to do everything myself, including cancelling the old card. Right now I want my cash back refunded or my old card reinstated.
